The initial consultation is a chance for you to learn more about the experience and for us to connect on a personal level. It’s where we take time to understand your vision, goals, and style preferences. Once everything aligns, we’ll move forward with a signed agreement and sending you an invoice for the Retainer. This retainer ensures dedicated time and preparation for your session and is applied toward your final package total.

After your session is booked, we’ll meet via Zoom or in person. We’ll finalize the creative concept, wardrobe coordination, and location. Every session is designed to reflect you—your story, style, and vision

You’ll also receive a comprehensive client guide that walks you through everything—what to wear, how to prepare, and what to expect every step of the way.

During this call, we’ll review collection pricing, including your options for heirloom wall art, albums, and gift prints. You’ll also learn about our artwork pre-purchase incentives—exclusive savings available when you choose to invest in your portraits before the reveal.

Your session begins with relaxation and light pampering. With 3–4 wardrobe changes and expert posing guidance, we’ll highlight your best features and true personality.

During your Reveal & Ordering Session, you'll be presented with a curated collection of your most striking and emotive images—those that best reflect the essence of your session.

You’ll select only the portraits you truly love, with expert guidance to help you choose the most impactful images for your wall art, albums, and keepsakes. Our goal is simple: for you to fall in love with every image and walk away with timeless artwork you’ll proudly display and cherish for years to come.

You will receive your fully edited, high-resolution images via a private online gallery within 3 weeks after your photo reveal and selection. Purchased artwork such as prints, albums, and wall art will be delivered within 4 weeks, depending on the product.
